Reservations and Payments: An
advance payment of $500.00 per person with a
completed reservation form
is required to secure your
reservation. An additional payment of $500 per
person is due June 23, 2002. Final payment is due August 23, 2002.

Cancellations Policy:
A full refund will be made when written notice is received by
TravelQuest International at least 120 days prior to the scheduled
sailing departure date. Passengers who cancel after that date for
any reason, including medical reasons, are subject to the following fee
per person: 119-90 days prior to sailing $50; 89-60 days $200; 59-30
days 25% of fare; 29-15 days 50% of fare; 14 days or less 100% of fare.
Fare is defined as the cost of the cruise, land and air element purchase
from Orient Lines. Because of these fees, trip cancellation and
medical insurance is highly recommended. Applications will be
provided with initial invoice. |

Change Charges:
A $50 per person fee will be assessed each time you request a change in
your travel arrangements between 59 and 30 days prior to sailing.
Changes made less than 30 days prior to sailing will be regarded as
cancellations. There are no refunds for an unused portion of this
cruise tour. |

insurance is available.
Applications will be provided to tour members with initial invoice.
