Who is Robert
Stephens?
Robert Stephens is
an amateur astronomer who lives in the Southern California area.
He has been
president of the Riverside Astronomical Society and has co-chaired
the
Western Wing of the International
Amateur-Professional Photoelectric Photometry Association.He
has determined
some 30 sets of minor-planet lightcurve parameters since becoming active
in the field. His high-quality work and generosity in sharing his time and
knowledge within the amateur community have set a standard for
others to follow. We are grateful that
Robert is sharing his report with us here. |
