Payments and Terms: |

A $400-per-person advance payment, along with a completed
reservation form, confirms your space. A second deposit of $500 is due
March 21, 2005. The balance is due December 15, 2005. All advance
payments, less a $100-per-person service fee, are refundable until
March 21, 2005. From March 22 to December 15, 2005, there will be a
$700-per-person service fee. There are no refunds after December 15,
2005. Air cancellation terms are additional.
We highly recommend that
all travelers obtain trip medical/cancellation insurance. Application
forms will be provided with your initial invoice. |
